When families are overwhelmed by the medical system, emotional decisions, and the reality that time is becoming limited, they often need someone who can become their steady presence. This package allows me to walk beside both the individual and the family from planning through the final transition. I become your advocate, organizer, coordinator, educator, and compassionate companion—helping relieve the burden so your family can spend more meaningful time together. This package includes EVERYTHING in the previous packages plus: Up to three weeks of ongoing support (or until passing if before the three weeks) Unlimited communication during the service period Coordination with healthcare providers Communication assistance with doctors, nurses, hospice, and care teams Assistance scheduling appointments Follow-up phone calls Family meeting coordination Funeral home coordination assistance Burial, cremation, or green burial planning Memorial service coordination assistance Assistance organizing paperwork and important documents Running local errands related to end-of-life planning Emotional support for family members Bedside companionship Sitting with the individual when family needs rest Sitting with family members during the active dying process Comfort measures and calming presence Education about what to expect during the dying process Advocacy for honoring the client's wishes Guidance through difficult conversations Coordination of practical logistics A calm, compassionate presence throughout the process 24/7 On-Call Availability During the final week, I remain available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for support, guidance, and bedside presence as needed.
