First Step Consultation The Beginning of a Compassionate Plan Sometimes the hardest part is simply knowing where to begin. This consultation provides a safe, supportive environment where you and your loved ones can ask questions, express concerns, and begin creating a practical roadmap for the future. During this personalized two-hour consultation, we will discuss your wishes, priorities, family concerns, medical preferences, and available resources. Together we'll identify what documents should be completed, what conversations need to happen, and what immediate next steps will provide the greatest peace of mind. This session includes: Two-hour in-person consultation Discussion of goals, wishes, and concerns Guidance on Advance Directives and healthcare planning Review of Power of Attorney and healthcare surrogate considerations Assistance creating a personalized planning checklist Guidance on beginning conversations with family members Resource recommendations Written action plan following our meeting Referrals to trusted local resources when needed Investment: $150 Includes travel within 25 miles of Cape Coral, Florida. Travel beyond 25 miles is $0.50 per mile.
