Service Description

Gather a group of friends and take a spiritual journey with certified meditation teacher Alicia Rawson through the use of imagery, music, and verbal instruction. Mediation uses mindfulness techniques to create a state of emotional calm and mental clarity. This is a 60-minute private meditation session.
